Diane understands the complexities and importance of senior health insurance from personal experience. When her mother needed help navigating the process of Medicare enrollment in 2008, Diane applied her expertise in business to analyze multiple plan options. The experience was life changing. Moved by the desire to help others, Diane became a licensed independent health insurance broker. She has presented hundreds of educational programs to audiences of seniors throughout Connecticut.
A resident of Thompson, CT, Diane is an active member of her local community. She has an MBA from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, and BS in Accounting from Nichols College in Dudley, MA.
Amy Leo Patterson
Amy has worked as a Medicare Enrollment Specialist for the past six years. A mental health professional, she previously worked in New York City as a social worker in New York City. To her surprise, Amy has discovered similarities in both roles.
The world of Medicare is incredibly confusing and often provokes a great deal of frustration and anxiety. Being a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, Amy meets new people on a daily basis and listens deeply to determine client needs. She applies creative problem solving skills to address challenges, and most importantly, she can truly make a difference in peoples’ lives.
With her background in social work coupled with insurance product expertise, Amy has helped thousands of people throughout Connecticut by fostering greater clarity and peace of mind.
In her free time, Amy loves to sing and travel. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. John’s University in Queens, N.Y., and attended The New School for graduate level studies in Nonprofit Management.
